Scope and current availability
These terms, dated 5 November 2026, govern annarobotycka.com — Anna Robotycka’s educational programme. Basic and Professional are available as individual 7-, 14- or 30-day packages. Team packages are ordered by contacting support and confirming the terms of the order. The newsletter requires separate consent and email confirmation. The free demo never becomes a paid service automatically.
Free use and ending access
Unsigned demo exercises are free and do not save account progress. Individually granted access includes the features and period shown in the dashboard. You can end free use at any time by leaving the site or request access closure at anna@annarobotycka.com. Download and erase saved learning data in the dashboard; signing out alone does not erase it. Marketing consent is not a condition of use.

The service is sold by Mobberry sp. z o.o., ul. Józefa Piusa Dziekońskiego 1, 00-728 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID PL5272674258, KRS 0000413131, share capital PLN 10,000; registered with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register. What you buy
You purchase time-limited, named access to Basic or Professional: learning materials, questions with explanations and sources, saved progress and practice tests. The individual 30-day package includes 300 AI trainer responses during the access period; each follow-up question uses another response. Every purchase includes access to monthly lectures and one Q&A session with Anna, including after platform access expires. Online meetings last 90 minutes and may combine a lecture with Q&A; dates and topics are announced separately. Individual consultations are not included. Official DIMAQ examination and certification fees are not included. DIMAQ is a trademark of IAB Polska. This independent preparation service does not guarantee certification.
Team packages
The team package includes five separate, named 30-day accesses to Basic or Professional. The price is PLN 6,999 including tax without the AI trainer or PLN 7,999 including tax with AI (23% VAT). The AI option includes 300 responses per learner during the access period. The company administrator is one of the five participants. The package includes a separate 90-minute online wrap-up meeting with Anna for the team, on an agreed date. Each participant also receives access to monthly lectures and one Q&A session on the terms above. Each learner uses their own account; the dashboard does not share their results or conversations with other learners or the employer. Orders require contact with support and confirmation of the programme, price and activation date before payment. Submitting the form alone is not a paid order.
Account and technical requirements
You need internet access, a current browser with JavaScript and essential cookies enabled, and sign-in using the method provided by the service when using features that require individual access. The purchase belongs to the account used to place the order. Do not share it. Posting unlawful content, infringing others’ rights or disrupting the service is prohibited. Contact us if sign-in fails; buying again is not a remedy for access problems.
Price, payment and access period
The total price including tax and access period are shown before Stripe Checkout. Payment is one-off for 7, 14 or 30 days. Access starts after successful payment is confirmed. Your dashboard shows the expiry date. Access never renews automatically. We do not store card details on this site.
Ordering and starting the service
Before ordering you accept these terms and request access immediately after payment. The final paid order is confirmed in Stripe. We record the terms version and acceptance time. Starting to use the service is not treated as an automatic waiver of statutory rights. An order confirmation, your request to start the service and the full accepted terms will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. Keep this message.
Withdrawal
Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, you may withdraw by an unambiguous statement within 14 days of contracting, by email or post to the seller. Include enough information to identify the order; no reason is required. If service began at your express request during that period, payment for the performed part applies only where and to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or equivalent statutory protections.
Complaints and conformity
If access fails or the service does not conform to the contract, email anna@annarobotycka.com with the issue, date and order account. A screenshot may help but is not required. Consumer complaints receive a response within 14 days. Where digital-service conformity rules apply, you may request conformity and, in legally specified cases, a price reduction or withdrawal. Consumer advice and alternative dispute resolution are available on the terms described by UOKiK; the trader’s participation depends on applicable rules and consent where required. A general AI-error notice does not exclude our responsibility to deliver the purchased service.
Materials, AI and updates
Materials are for your own learning. The AI trainer is an artificial intelligence system, not a person. It may make mistakes; responses and scores are not official IAB assessments or certification decisions. Do not redistribute the question bank or resell access. The AI trainer is an educational tool grounded in approved materials; report inconsistent answers. Market questions identify the data period, and statistical updates require checking both options and the answer key. Updates for conformity and security must not arbitrarily remove purchased functionality.
Privacy and applicable terms
Personal data handling is described in the privacy notice. Newsletter consent is separate from purchase. The version accepted when ordering applies to that order; later changes do not automatically alter an existing contract. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain applicable.
